House Renovation

We decided to start renovating our house again now that our other home sold and our old tenant is gone out of this one. Needless to say, people don't take care of your property like you do so we have a lot of work cut out for us. We decided since we will be having lots of guests coming this year, we will start with the guest bedroom. I chose a chocolate brown for the bottom, trim in the middle, and Luke chose an olive green. What a difference paint makes!!! The room looks like a yummy grasshopper candy. I will post more renovation pictures as we move along
